Activities and meeting people
Welcoming spaces to connect, enjoy activities and build friendships. Each programme explains its own arrangements and whether registration is needed.
We’re a charity led by autistic people and compassionate allies, supporting autistic people, their families and carers across London and the surrounding counties.
Our mission is to promote social inclusion, improve mental and physical health and wellbeing, and build understanding and acceptance of autism.
We work to reduce stigma, discrimination and the barriers that prevent people from taking part in community life. We want people to feel accepted, build connections and find support that respects who they are.

Support shaped around people’s experiences, interests and needs. Eligibility and capacity vary between services; their pages explain how to enquire or register.
We help organisations build understanding and improve their practice. We also support researchers with opportunities to engage with our community. Training enquiries are welcome from across the UK.
We share autistic perspectives, practical information and news through our podcast, live radio show, articles, newsletter and information app.
Our work is shaped by lived experience and the voices of our community. Trustees, staff, volunteers and supporters help us put our mission into practice. We are LGBTQIA+ friendly and disability proud, and we support people as they are.
You can read people’s experiences and share feedback, or discover other groups we know and value.
There are different ways to help, from volunteering your skills to donating or fundraising. If you have a question about the charity or a service, we’d be glad to hear from you.
