Here is a list of in-person social groups and regular meetup activities for Autistic adults in London and surrounding counties.
(Please note that some London-wide organisations run multiple groups across boroughs and some Meetup groups don’t run constantly in fixed locations.)


 

 

🟥 North London

Barnet, Camden, Haringey, Islington, Brent, Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham, Harrow, Hillingdon, Hounslow, Kensington & Chelsea, Westminster​

• 👉Adults On The Spectrum (Autistic Professionals Socials) – Peer-led social meetups for autistic adults in London (varied central/NW venues, often informal socials)
  
   

• 👉Barnet Mencap Autism Hub – Social and events for autistic adults in Barnet (peer support, info & connections).
  
   

• 👉Centre for ADHD and Autism Support (CAAS) – Monthly in-person social groups for ADHD & autistic adults, including film nights, gaming, discussion groups and shared interests in NW London boroughs (Brent, Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham etc.)
  
   

• 👉NAS Enfield Branch – While based in Enfield (North London), they sometimes coordinate city-wide social events and meetups.
  
   

• 👉LAG Charity Southgate Community Café/drop-in takes place on the second Sunday of every month, between 1pm and 3pm.
  The entire Autistic community are welcome: Autistic people and Carers.
  
   

• 👉Ealing Mencap – Volunteer-run activities and social events for adults with learning disabilities and autism (may include social cafés and group programmes).

• 👉Actually Haringey Autism Hub – Council-based autism support hub aimed at autistic adults and those approaching adulthood with information, advice, social groups and signposting support. (Local authority hub separate from the excluded charities.)

  A user-led hub for adults with autism providing peer support, information, advocacy, social events and workshops. 
  
   

• 👉Asperger London Area Group – Monthly social support and discussion group for autistic adults in Camden/Islington (refreshments + topic discussions; contact via ALAG).
