Here is a list of in-person social groups and regular meetup activities for Autistic adults in London and surrounding counties.
(Please note that some London-wide organisations run multiple groups across boroughs and some Meetup groups don’t run constantly in fixed locations.)

🟥 North London

Barnet, Camden, Haringey, Islington, Brent, Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham, Harrow, Hillingdon, Hounslow, Kensington & Chelsea, Westminster

• 👉Adults On The Spectrum (Autistic Professionals Socials) – Peer-led social meetups for autistic adults in London (varied central/NW venues, often informal socials)

• 👉Barnet Mencap Autism Hub – Social and events for autistic adults in Barnet (peer support, info & connections).

• 👉Centre for ADHD and Autism Support (CAAS) – Monthly in-person social groups for ADHD & autistic adults, including film nights, gaming, discussion groups and shared interests in NW London boroughs (Brent, Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham etc.)

• 👉LAG Charity Southgate Community Café/drop-in takes place on the second Sunday of every month, between 1pm and 3pm.
  The entire Autistic community are welcome: Autistic people and Carers.

• SHYNNE Neurodiverse Weekly Gaming Club – Finchley Church End Library, N3

• 👉Ealing Mencap – Volunteer-run activities and social events for adults with learning disabilities and autism (may include social cafés and group programmes).
  
  

• 👉Actually Haringey Autism Hub – Council-based autism support hub aimed at autistic adults and those approaching adulthood with information, advice, social groups and signposting support.

• 👉The Autism Hub – Community-Led Peer Support Camden/Islington
  A user-led hub for adults with autism providing peer support, information, advocacy, social events and workshops.

• 👉Asperger London Area Group – Monthly social support and discussion group for autistic adults in Camden/Islington (refreshments + topic discussions; contact via ALAG).

🟨 Central London

• 👉London Autism Group Charity Activity Days – Monthly in-person multi-activity social days in central London (accessible for all of London). Includes community social time, creative activities, mindful sessions, and more.

• 👉Strolling With Neurokin - Explore the historic heart of London with its iconic architecture, hidden gardens, and fascinating history. A gentle stroll through centuries of stories. This is a fully accessible 2 hour event, with regular breaks along the way.

• 👉Adults On The Spectrum (Autistic Professionals Socials) – Peer-led social meetups for autistic adults in London (varied central/NW venues, often informal socials)

• 👉London Neurodivergent Friendship Group (LNFG) – Runs regular events across London including pub lunches, park walks, rollerskating, bowling, karaoke, galleries, gigs, open mic nights, swimming, afternoon tea, cinema, and board games, with a monthly social with board games and crafts that's always fully accessible, plus smaller weekly events.

• UNMASKED Poetry Open Mic – A recurring neuroinclusive open mic night at The Lady Ottoline, Bloomsbury (WC1). solidly Central London. Hosted by the author of "Learning to Live in Colour" and the founder of LNFG/Daisy Speed Friending, described as neuroinclusive, comfortable and accessible, with no pressure to engage. you're welcome just to sit back and take it all in. Worth noting it's not wheelchair accessible (upstairs, no lift).

🟪 South London

• 👉A2ndvoice CIC – Social activities and Services for Autistic adults, elderly people, parents and children in Lambeth.

• 👉Atypiqueers – An LGTBQ+ meetup for Autism and Neurodiversity in Southwark.

• 👉Autistic Inclusive Meets (AIM) – Greenwich Community-focused in-person Services, events and social meetups for autistic adults and individuals of all ages.

• 👉Greenwich Mencap Social Activities – Weekly coffee mornings, bingo, drama sessions and evening social events for adults (bring own support if needed).

• 👉CASPA Bromley Social Groups – for autistic adults of different age ranges with themed activities allowing peer connections.

• 👉Merton Mencap Activities – Weekly social/community cafe, Saturday hub and group activities for Autistic adults and/or with learning disabilities.

• 👉Neurodiversity Social (Lewisham)– Evening social at Ignition Brewery, Sydenham Centre, SE26; board games, low music, drop-in format, welcoming to all neurodivergent adults, no diagnosis required. Venue: Ignition Brewery, Monthly, every 2nd Saturday, 5.30pm–9pm
