Our Autistic Workplace Support Sessions

A monthly Autistic Workplace Support Session by London Autism Group Charity takes place on the last week of every month, from 1pm-4pm at Kings Square Community Centre in Islington.

This is a support session for autistic adults who want support with work.

For this session we are limiting registrations to a *maximum of 15 places*. This is primarily to give attendees more time with their mentor. 

 
The sessions are free and open to anyone who is:
* currently in work
* looking for work

* looking for advice around their CV or career mapping

* need advice around reasonable adjustments 
* thinking about future job options
* or wanting to share and learn from other autistic people’s work experiences.

Session plan:

🕐 1pm - 2:30pm – One-to-one mentoring
You can speak privately with an autistic employment mentor about job searching, career advice, workplace issues, reasonable adjustments or anything else relevant in helping you with any employment issues

🗣️ 2:45pm - 4pm – Group discussion and circle of support
A supportive and confidential group discussion about work and related experiences. You can talk, listen, write your thoughts down, or contribute anonymously if you prefer.

What to expect:

- Free tea and coffee

- Comfortable seating area for socialising
- Sensory items available

- Low-demand environment
- Supportive autistic-led team
